Historic Evel Knievel Jump Site
Twin Falls, Idaho
We visited a cool piece of Twin Falls history today: the Evel Knievel Ramp that was created in 1974 for the motorcycle/stunt man to rocket into history as the first man to jump the Snake River on a motorcycle. To reach this landmark it's a fairly decent hike up the Canyon Rim Trail. The actual ramp is on private property surrounded by barbed wire, but you can see it well from the trail. We hope you get a chance to visit this amazing monument to the stunt man Evel Knievel.
