One year ago Joy and I started out on this journey to capture and share 365 fun things about Southern Idaho. We've made it, and tho our original journey is complete, we are excited to say, that Clicky Chicks will continue to post into 2012. We are going to share as many amazing photos with all of you as we can, and tho we will not be posting every single day, we will post often!

Thank you so much for all the support we've had on this fun adventure. We LOVE what we do, and where we live, and the people we share it with, makes it all so amazing!

We've certainly been having some less then typical weather this December. Today, the high reached 53 degrees in Twin Falls, according to KMVT.com, with rain showers throughout the day. Tomorrow and Friday look to be about the same with highs in the low 50's. Not the weather we are used to for this time of year. Do you prefer this weather, or are you longing for snow?

Preparing for the New Year

With the weather being so chilly outside, often kids have extra energy to burn. Luckily we live in a place that offers several different options for martial arts for young people and not as young :). With the new year coming, and lots of people making resolutions to be more active, get fit, or learn discipline. Clicky Chicks wanted to share one idea, to help with those resolutions.

Pays a Special Visit!

Santa Claus payed a visit to 11 year old Ellie Pruitt, who is battling Lymphoma. He surprised her this afternoon in her home and gave her very special candy canes and a wonderful gift! He also took a few minutes to enjoy some cookies and coffee. He asked her what she wanted for Christmas and if she had been good! He ended his visit with a prayer for Ellie and well wishes all around. It was a very magical and wonderful experience!
