Magic Reservoir
Magic Reservoir is roughly 14,000 acres and offers a variety of recreation options. Some of Southern Idaho's best fishing is done at Magic. The reservoir is open year round, and is popular for ice fishing in the winter, boating and water skiing in the summer. Magic is managed by the Bureau of Land Management. Currently the water levels are very high, there is evidence of flooded areas, not usually under water. This is a great place to visit just off the Sawtooth Scenic Byway between Fairfield and Bellevue.
