Wind Turbines
(aka Wind Farms)
The Magic Valley has one of the largest Wind Farms in the country. A $500,000,000 project for 122 turbines in Southern Idaho was approved and put into motion back in 2010. Clicky Chicks have noticed a large number of these Wind Turbines popping up all over the Valley. Each turbine stands as tall as a 20 story building. Certainly leaves a lasting impression as you drive by and see them gracefully spinning on the hill sides.
